Message	the rest kind of just falls in place. I actually find it really comfy as you have the curve of it vs the flat pads that seem to flatten as soon as you lay on them. I am 6 foot 2 and like 230 pounds and fit on it just fine. I believe it is rated up to like 300 or 400 pounds. My only real complaint is it gets hooked up on air compressor lines easier then others due to the low ground height but I still love how easy it rolls compared to most everything else out there.
